Mentoring an organisation is different from mentoring a person or a group of persons. The mentor, here, must accommodate a thousand minds, a thousand situations, a thousand crises and steer the ship ahead through an ocean of uncertainty. The ship on sail may confront tidal waves, icebergs, blue whales, tempests, and visitation by albatrosses, freezing the spirit of the mariner. A mentor must have an all-encompassing mindset.
CG3 is a Special Purpose Vehicle for scholars and intellectuals to interact and reach out far and wide in society with the message of connectivity and means of activity. Mentoring such an organisation of outstanding personalities and youth with vigour and vitality is a divine gift.
